Property Id: 2332529 Located in a resort like active 55+ community in the foothills of the Saguaro National Park, this gem is truly special. Boasting amazing amenities like 18 hole golf, sparkling pools (separate adult and family), gym, tennis courts, pickleball, 100's of club activities, and a step away from the Sarasota Trail Head for amazing desert hikes, you can't find a better spot if you love being active! The split floorplan offers privacy to each bedroom (each with dedicated bathroom) and laundry facilities are right outside in the shed. There is a wonderful seating area, with BBQ and a mature fruit tree providing nice shade. The carport offers parking for one car and the golf cart (BONUS!) an additional car could park across the front of the house on the easement. One small dog is allowed if it is well trained, and not yappy as to disturb the neighbors. Additional pet deposit and additional pet rent will be required. Note that this community doesn't allow street walking a pet within the community. Most dog owners take their pets for a walk just outside the property on the desert trails. (This is common practice.)
