Three bedroom, three bathroom long-term rental home with attached two-car garage located in the highly desirable Estates at Emerald Shores in Southwest Pensacola ~ Close to Naval Bases, Shopping, and our beautiful beaches. The home is freshly painted, with new flooring (no carpet) and updated light fixtures. The home features a dining room, an office, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a large living room, a laundry room, and a LARGE sunroom! The kitchen features a dishwasher, electric range stove, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. The primary bedroom features a TV wall mount and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, a garden tub, and a stand-alone shower. Gas water heater and gas heat. All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50.00/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program, on demand pest control, and much more! More details upon application. Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings. Lease Start Requirements: Once your application is approved, the lease must begin within 14 days. If the property isn’t ready for move-in yet, the lease must start within 14 days of when it becomes available. We charge a lease preparation fee of $100 before move-in Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. No co-signers or guarantors.
