This three bedroom house has one bathroom and a fenced yard. Washer/dryer is included. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity, as well as $40 per person per month for W/S/T. Dog and cats are allowed with a $200 pet deposit per pet as well as $35 per month per pet. Updated photos coming soon. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing.
