The spacious unit features granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a brand new refrigerator, gas stove, tile floors, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, cordless blinds, and fresh paint throughout. With only one shared wall, there are lots of windows for fresh air and beautiful afternoon light. The main area is a large, open living/dining with ceiling fans and built in shelves. There are also built in shelves in the bathroom, and in the large walk in closet. There is a fenced yard with numerous fruit trees, a patio area, and space for gardening. There is one secured uncovered parking space with the unit. OPEN HOUSE to view the unit Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-7pm Saturdays 10am-2pm You can schedule a time using the Zillow tour feature, or just stop by Indoor cats only are welcome with approval.
