Which is great if you love romance and classic home amenities! Beautiful stained glass welcomes you into the living area. Mason Bell Jar lighting in the dining room with additional shelving for your Quasimodo- I mean collection of whatever you’d like to display! Then, a swift pass through the butler’s pantry with all of your kitchen storage leaves room for twirling and dancing about your Euro kitchen- trust, they’re just like this. (Tbh I’ve never been to France but-) Viola! There’s also a bonus room, and also- also- other additional storage space in the basement. Admittedly, there’s nothing French about a ton of living space and storage! Absolutely unheard of? The half-bath in the basement! Plus laundry! AND a garage!! Vérifiez-le! APP STUFF: Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
