I'm looking for a roommate to share a rented condo starting Aug 1st. The condo is 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It's situated in James Bay, just one block away from Dallas Road and two blocks from Thrifty Foods on Simcoe and Menzies. I'm a public servant looking for someone else who is either a student and/or young (25ish to 35ish) working professional. I'm easygoing, enjoy cooking, host small dinners with friends and family a few times a month. Aside from that, I like a nice quiet home for relaxing. I'm LGBT friendly Shared, it is as described below: You have a choice between one of two bedrooms. You may either have a small bedroom ($525) or a large bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite washroom which includes tub and separate shower stall ($725). Full rent is $1250 per month. Bus #33 goes straight to UVic. -20 minute walk from Downtown -Very short block from Dallas Road and the beaches. -5 minute walk from Beacon Hill Park with Cook Street Village on the east side. -No pets allowed. -No smokers -Social drinkers are ok. The Condo is a ground floor, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, dining room and kitchen. The condo has washer, dryer, dishwasher, garburator and two large patios. It's located on the backside of the building surrounded by a grass with only one narrow entrance from the opposite side. It's private, quiet and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is furnished. I do not have a dining room set but a small table with two chairs which are located in the kitchen.
