It is a purpose built four-unit executive luxury rental property of higher end finishings and bright and open spaciousness. The unit for rent is Unit 3 with approximate 720 sq feet, and it is a one bedroom. Access via front doorway and interior stairs. There is also a rear exit to the rear yard, which has security gates. Unit 3 had a new kitchen in 2024 with Miele steam and convection ovens and laundry; and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and fridge. These are high end appliances. Extensive closet space. Also included in the rent is a 4x8 foot outside storage locker for bikes. This is a non-smoking / non-vaping building throughout. No pets. Wall mounted HDTV provided. Applications will be provided.
