Welcome to a quiet neighborhood in Erie’s East Historic Bayfront district. Walking distance to State Street, UPMC, and downtown. This first-floor, 3-bedroom apartment has been updated and freshly painted, with new flooring installed. There is a lot of space to work with, including a very large living room, a separate dining room, and a large kitchen—plenty of room to set it up however you want. One of the bedrooms is a large rear bedroom that can get a bit chilly in the winter, so a space heater is provided to keep it comfortable. The backyard is great for kids and pets. Pets are welcome with a small monthly pet fee. This is a non-smoking apartment. There is off-street parking in the alley behind the house, though it's not always plowed in the winter. Tenant pays gas and electric, plus $40/month for water/sewer/trash
