Hi there! Looking for renters May 1st or earlier! Looking for 2 roomates in downtown St Catharines home; I am a 25 year old young professional (female). Looking for two female roommates close to my age. Young professional, co-op or mature student is preferred. NO pets. NO smoking inside. There is NO parking included, however you can purchase a parking pass from the city for 40$ a year or park free for 2 hours Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm on the street or in the huge lot a few houses down. Free parking from 6pm to 9am and all weekend. Central location. Walking distance to bus terminal. Close to Montabello Park. Available immediately.Completely furnished house! Move in ready. $450/month all inclusive: -hydro -gas -water -cable -high speed internet -laundry Please email if interested in setting up an appointment to view. First come first serve.
