Friendly and informative staff, took the time to answer all of my questions and showed the property and amenities. Property is very clean, manicured and units are luxury and high end and spacious.

Our maintenance requests were taken care of and the isues were fixed. Mr. Andre and Mr. Marcelo did a great job.

The apartment layout is lovely. I have to say things have really changed though in the eight months we’ve lived here. And not for the better. We pay $40 a month for a trash valet and this is the second week where it’s taken almost 5 days for them to pick the trash up it’s disgusting and also it smells on our floor. I tried to call the office but you get no answer and no response. We also rent a garage with a driveway and periodically we’ve had to call and there’s nobody that answers the phone. Because somebody is parked in our driveway so we had to leave a note to the person ourselves. Not having someone to talk to about an issue and get back to you in a 24 hour period is ridiculous. Especially for the price of the rent here. But this trash situation is disgusting. That’s almost $500 a year we could save they’re not doing the job correctly and also we walk around the Whole complex other buildings trash is picked up. You know the ones you can see from the road or when you first drive in here but our building’s trash is not picked up. We submitted a work order to get our air-conditioning fixed and it still is not fixed.. All we get are excuses. Now other maintenance issues are fixed really promptly but this is ridiculous. We live on the third floor and it gets hot in here. Then someone from the office calls and is totally clueless because this is yet another new management team. I waited this long to give a review but it’s gotten worse, It’s the new staff now ( 8/24) that has really stepped up! Thank you! After a year here I am truly very happy with the current staff! We just had an air conditioning issue and it was during a tropical storm. They came out and fixed it and I was so happy. This staff truly cares about their residents. This a beautiful community. I feel safe here and it’s very quiet. The location is especially great! I hope the current staff stays. Wonderful to know your issues are taken care of even in a storm. Thank you for your service! A great place to live is not always easy to find. Happy to call this community home.
