A large separate dining room with comfortable seating for 6 right outside the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. A small backyard is a nice addition. Washer and Dryer conveniently located right off of the kitchen on the 1st floor of the home. The home boasts mountain views from the master bedroom. The neighborhood is walkable to the historic downtown and a nearby convenience store and features many other early 1900s homes. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Must be comfortable with stairs, there is a large set of stairs leading to the front porch of the home. The home is heated by electric baseboard heat and is cooled by window AC units which are included with the home. The parking is street parking.
