All brand new appliances. Microwave is included, but will not be replaced if breaks. 4) Large kitchen island provides provides built in seating for 4, work space, desk, etc. 5) Plantation shutters provide privacy while maintaining airflow 6) Convertible couch / bed (if you do not want it, we will remove) 7) Complex has a secured pool, BBQ, and rec area 50 feet from the unit’s front door. This building has a strict resident manager which is good for people who are quiet and follow rules, but bad for those who are noisy and don’t want to follow rules that ensure for quiet enjoyment of all residents.
