Welcome home to this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, two car garage home on the Dayton Valley Golf Course. This home features a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, large living space and a bonus room! This home comes with gas stove and washer/dryer hook ups, brand new carpet and new paint. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping. There is a $35 fee per applicant and all persons over the age of 18 are required to apply. All applications are processed on a first come first served basis and fees are refunded in full if your application is not processed. If your application is processed and after viewing the unit, you decide it isn’t right for you, we will refund your application fee.
