Primary bedroom with access to side deck, ensuite has tub/shower combo. Ample storage throughout, including a basement accessible through an exterior entrance, W/D hook ups, and lots of off-street parking. No smoking. Pets considered for an additional non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet (max 2 pets, cats and dogs only, dog max 50 lbs).
