This is a single-occupancy, no overight guests room. All utilities included: electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, and monthly cleaning of common areas. Common area includes living room, kitchen. Fully furnished and equipped (pots, pans, glassware, etc. included, photos coming soon). Parking is available on the side of the house for free but is tandem, so tenants will need to coordinate. Room has a ceiling fan. Split AC unit in the living room. Rooms are rented out to young professionals in their 20s and 30s.
