Each of the three rooms has a spacious layout and sizable closets, along with vinyl floors. The shared bathroom has under the sink storage, a shower/tub combination, and tiled floors. A $200 administrative fee is due upon signing. Water, provided by a shared well, trash pick up, and yard maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. A refrigerator, washer and dryer hookups, and stove are included. This home is pet friendly for a maximum of two animals, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
