Successful applicants will have 3 times rent in total monthly income from employment, business income, financial aid, or a cosigner that meets this criteria; pass a background check; and have a "good" credit score or better. If you have questions about whether you meet our application criteria, please contact us. All tenants are required to obtain and provide proof of renter's insurance prior to move-in.
