The casita is a fully furnished 1100 sq ft home located on property that also includes the owners main house. The home has one bedroom and two bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large kitchen is fully equipped and a washer and dryer are provided in the casita, as well. You will also find 2 smart tv's, central A/C and heating and ample parking provided alongside the garage. A comfortable front porch with rocking chairs and an enclosed back porch provide relaxation in your retreat. Housekeeping is not provided but cleaning supplies are supplied. All utilities and high speed wifi are included in the rent. You will find tranquility in Boerne and at Kendall Casita where the community includes a private pool for residents and over 2 miles of quiet streets for exercise. Along with the owner's 2 lovable Golden Retrievers who like nothing more than to meet new friends and make them happy. Please keep in mind the casita is rented to Travelling Healthcare Workers and Traveling Corporate Professionals on short term leases for a minimum of 30 days. A maximum of two people are allowed on the lease and up to two guests for no longer than three night stays. There is no smoking of any kind or recreational drugs allowed on the property, as well as no pets owned by renters. Everything you need is nearby while enjoying the quaint historical town of Boerne, which is only a few minutes from the bustle of San Antonio. The casita sits in a neighborhood with excellent access to Interstate 10 and an easy drive to the San Antonio Medical Center (30 minutes travel time) and numerous healthcare facilities in both Boerne and San Antonio. Additionally a direct drive to UTSA-25 minutes, and both Valero and USAA headquarters, 25 minutes.
