There is a double car garage, water softener. Enjoy the covered front and back patios and views of Mingus Mountain. Gas heat, a/c, community pool and clubhouse. Pet may be negotiable. No fenced in backyard. Good to excellent credit needed for approval. ($300 refundable pet deposit and $150 non refundable pet fee, per pet) Monthly rent $2375.00. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR IN THE GARAGE, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good to excellent credit required. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners.
