I lived here for about a year, and if my roommates hadn't moved out, I would not have left at all. These apartments are spacious and I loved the location, as it is right next to the Cottonwood Rec center. The leasing staff was always courteous, prompt, and informative, and the maintenance guys were so friendly, I never felt uncomfortable reaching out for any reason.
