Things don’t work or are damaged. These were here when I moved in. I was told the apartment was ready, however, it has so many repairs to make. I’m not sure what is going to be done, or anything. It is nice and quiet, landscaped, and the tenants are nice, water pressure is awesome, and Scott, the manager on site is wonderful.
