I am looking for one renter (no couples) who is tidy and clean. The rent includes all utilities, cable, WiFi, pool, gym, BBQ area, full-size washer/dryer in apt, and 24/7 security. I like keeping the entire place looking orderly and inviting, so you need to be very clean/neat. Full use of kitchen and living room. No smokers, please. This is NOT a party place, but rather a place to come home to after a busy day and just completely unwind, relax and decompress. I can provide more information if you are interested in this prime room. A covered parking stall is available for an additional $150 per month (I've been renting out the space separately for $200 per month).
