Portledge Commons is a beautiful apartment community tucked away in an often unnoticed part of Lafayette. It is close to shopping, restaurants and 5 minutes to Purdue University. Portledge Commons is comprised of 1 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments. It offers a level of amenity, privacy, and gracious living. These apartments have a gas fireplace for those relaxing evenings, 9 foot ceilings and large windows. Most apartments include a carport with additional attic storage. The few apartments that do not include a carport are $25 less/month. Resident pays for electric and gas. Management company pays for water, sewage and trash. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
