The unit comes unfurnished. 500 Catherine St. is a historic house in the heart of Kerrytown, minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the farmer's market! The house boasts 4 units. Unit 2 is located on the second floor, and includes 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a formal dining room space off of the kitchen and plenty of natural light that comes in throughout the unit. Two parking spaces are available behind the property, and each is $100/month for the duration of the lease term (not pro-rated). Water/sewer, trash/recycling is billed at a flat-rate $30/month per tenant. Tenants are responsible for DTE electric directly in their name, and will be billed back for their units' split of gas each month. Lawn care and snow removal included in rent. Shared laundry is available in the shared basement, and is charged at $200 per tenant for the year. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed.
