2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper unit in 2-unit duplex will be available May 2026. The home is located in a family friendly neighborhood of Lockland, near Wyoming and Hartwell. Unit has shared front porch with a separate entrance, washer and dryer in unit, wood floor in the living room with area rug and a balcony off of the kitchen. Bathroom remodeled with tiled, walk-in shower and insulation installed in attic to lower your heating/cooling bill. Unit comes with gas stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer and garbage disposal. Wi-Fi and trash pickup are included in the rent- Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and prorata portion of the water bill (other portion is the responsibility of the lower unit). Tenant is not responsible for lawn care and must share the yard with the Lower Unit. Small pets will be considered for an additional monthly pet fee however there is not a fenced yard. Deposit of $995 with good credit history (650+) required with no prior eviction proceedings and income 3x monthly rent. No smoking or vaping. This is a locally owned and managed property.
