Tenant is responsible for electricity and snow/ice removal. Strict no smoking or recreational drug use on the property. Prospective tenants must complete the screening process, including payment of a non-refundable application fee, background check, and income verification. All prospective tenants are required to meet with the landlord in person. First month’s rent and security deposit are due at lease signing.
