Sidewalks throughout and feels like a community. The floor plan of my apartment and how both bedrooms have a bathroom in each is unique. Love the open floor plan and the utilization of space with lots of closets. The pool in the summer is fun and we are so close to everything at this location.

This complex is friendly, quiet, and tucked away into Shallotte perfectly! Just a couple minute drive to Walmart, downtown, the beach, and the park. The staff are AWESOME and really set this place apart from others. Repairs (if needed) get done quickly and with a smile, and the paperwork is like signing on with family. Very pet friendly and lots of grass for them to roam! Love this place!
