Home features a year old rear deck facing the woods on the east side of home, so you can enjoy your evenings in the shade and watching the wildlife. Front porch is screen enclosed, allowing you to enjoy the sunsets. Property has a well and septic system, saving you money compared to living in town. Appliances included are fridge, electric oven, washer and dryer. AC and baseboard heaters are electric. Landscaping and lawn care is included in rent, giving you more time enjoying life. 12 month lease. Zillow will handle credit qualifications/background check and they charge a nonrefundable $35 application fee. We require a minimum credit score of 660 and verifiable household income needs to be minimum of $2900 Gross pay per month. Case by case on nonviolent felonies over 5 years old will be considered. Tenant is responsible for electricity, Dish satellite TV, satellite internet and for getting garbage dropped off at nearest county dumpster site. Shed in back of house is large enough to handle multiple garbage cans, along with your personal items. $300 additional pet damage deposit. This property is ideal for outdoor pets like hunting dogs or small livestock. A past tenant had 20 ducks in a very large pen set up in backyard. Smoking allowed outside but burns on new deck is unacceptable, so only in yard or front screened porch with front door closed while smoking. Must own a wind proof ashtray and keep on front porch prior to moving in the home. Smoking inside the home is grounds for immediate eviction, lost deposit and lawsuit. Parking is large horseshoe shaped driveway with 2 entrances.
