Share spaces: Kitchen, dining area, bathrooms on main and 2nd floor, Laundry Room, Basement Floor Workout Room, Driveway parking, Front and Backyard. Backyard is fenced for pet friendliness. Music arcade machines also available for play in the dining area. Basement floor workout room has a multi-gym, treadmill, bike, and bench with adjustable dumbbells for use. TV also available in workout room. Monthly maid service to clean shared areas. However, it is expected to clean after yourselves in the shared areas after use. Pet Policy: Pets are fine, but there is currently a dog (Shiba Inu - Male) and cat (Tortoiseshell - Female). However, the cat currently onsite has feline herpes so perhaps a deter for anyone who has a cat that is interested. Proof of current vaccination is required. Subject to meet-and-greet if plans are wanting to allow your pet to roam shared areas. If so, initial monitoring in shared area for few months required to ensure proper integration. Smoking Policy: Vaping is allowed. Cigars and Cigarettes outside. Tenant charges: $850 with utilities included. $25 Pet Rent (If applicable) Lease Lengths: 6 Month. Converts to monthly lease after.
