Features of the house include an updated interior, a dishwasher, private washer and dryer, efficient gas heating, and exclusive access to the Chestnut club house, where tenants can enjoy the private lounge including a pool table, foosball table, and a ping-pong table. Plenty of private off street parking is included for each tenant and there is plenty of on street parking as well. Rent is just $2,500/month, no utilities are included. Heating is efficient natural gas. Available 6/1/24. Students/graduate students welcome! Pets allowed ($35/pet/month, breed restrictions apply).
