Separate front door entrance and shared washer/dryer in basement. The backyard is fenced and would be shared with the short term basement rental. One parking spot available in the driveway and another spot available on the street. No lease required. Rent will be a rolling month to month contract with last month's rent due at the time of move in. Small family or working professionals preferred. No dogs allowed, one can would be considered.
