The primary bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The second full bathroom has a shower and is accessible from the hall and the second bedroom. Warm weather is coming soon to enjoy the community pool. The landlord is offering one month free with an eighteen-month lease. A twelve-month lease is also available. Rent: $1,595.00 per month includes water, sewer, trash, basic cable, and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit: $1,595.00. Renters insurance is required.
