WILL NOT RESPOND TO SHORT TERM INQUIRIES, LONG TERM ONLY. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain home features wide-plank white oak floors, vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding pine trees. Conveniently located for easy access to both Salt Lake City and Park City, the home offers privacy without being tucked deep into Summit Park. The main level includes a mudroom with washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances and a spacious living area with a gas fireplace that opens onto one of two decks with a hot tub. The lower level features a full basement apartment with a private entrance, gas fireplace, kitchen, washer and dryer and separate living area, making it ideal for guests or multi-generational living. An additional room provides space for a home gym or other use. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking. First and last month's rent and a $5,600 security deposit are required prior to move-in. Available for a 12-month lease only. No pets. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, and cable TV or satellite. The resident is also responsible for yard maintenance, snow removal from the driveway, walkways, and decks, hot tub care and chemical upkeep, as well as replacing water filters and maintaining water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Summit Park is a quiet, wooded mountain community with homes tucked into the hillsides and surrounded by mature trees. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, private setting while still providing convenient access to I-80, making it easy to reach both Salt Lake City and Park City. Residents enjoy the natural surroundings, abundant wildlife and secluded mountain setting without being far from nearby amenities. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applications must be submitted through our website (www.coalitionpm.com).
