This is a very spacious 3 bed 2 bath single family home. Ranch style so it is only on one floor. Some of the ammenaties include : eat in kitchen with extra cabinets, washer and dryer on first floor, huge living room, family room with a fireplace, open concept bath in the master bedroom, covered rear porch, central air. New carpets and fresh paint really bring out this homes potential. Attached 2 car garage and a full unfinished basement. Landlord will consider pets in this home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Section 8 is not accepted in this home. There is a full deposit required. This home is on a quiet country road and has a lot of land! We charge $25 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for doing the background check. We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income, job history and landlord references. If interested please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants. Many tenants who didn’t think they qualify do. Many times people will ask what a specific neighborhood or area is like. We can’t easily answer that question because everyone has a different opinion on that. Our suggestion is to drive by a property at several different times of the day and you will get a very realistic feel for what you can expect when you live at this property. We don’t charge a pet deposit but we do charge an extra $25 per month for each dog or cat. We do not EVER allow pit bulls, doberman pinschers, rottweilers, german shepherds, chows, akitas or any dog mixed with one or more of these breeds. Many people ask whether they can do work to a property. Realty Trust Services has there own maintenance department and we do make sure the properties we manage are safe homes to live in. However to protect our owners, we do not allow tenants to to make changes or repairs to the property including painting it.
