About 4804 Old U.S. 27
Ranch style home in a country setting on 2 acres with a pond. It's quite and beautifulenvironment. Yet only 15 minutes away from Lansing and MSU area and just a few minutes away from Walmart and downtown Saint Johns. The bedroom is partially furnished but does not have to be if you have your own furniture. You'll also have access to all amenities, washer, dryer, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV and parking. Plus a small area in the basement for storage if you need it. You will have a large half bath and share my full bath for bathing. You must be curtious, neat, clean, no drugs, no drama! A pet is allowed. And cost is included in the rent. You must have a documented income. Rent is $500 a month and due on the first, no exception and that includes your utilities. Rent can be negotionable a head of time (not when it's due) if you are handy and want to work around the house on projects and such. Absolutly no parties or friends over, no guest stay overs no exception without prior approval! I prefer a senior (60+) but not required. I am a very clean, quite and usally busy person with my home. I have a small dog and a indoor/outdoor cat. I'm retired military. I am pretty easy to get along with.
