The living room is spacious with a free-standing wood stove that adds character to the room. Flooring is luxury vinyl plank in the living room and new carpet in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a full bathroom with shower. Secondary bedrooms share a hall bathroom. One of the bedrooms has built in shelving and could be used as a study or office. The laundry area is off the galley style kitchen which comes with range and refrigerator. The one car garage is over-sized with double doors leading to backyard and stairs to attic storage. POLICIES PERTAINING TO PETS/ANIMALS Please note: PetScreening registration is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider. PetScreening charges a nominal fee for the creation of a Pet Profile for a household pet.
