The bedroom has a chest of drawers, cosmetic table, and I can provide a single bed mattresses, or you can bring a queen. The back door is a walk-out sliding back-door into the forested grounds. No pets (the condo association has stiff fines, also in the lease agreement, for keeping pets). No smoking. Access to the pool, recreational center, park-like picnic grounds, sledding hill in winter, and the gorgeously beautiful road along Upper Mad River, simply driving from home to I-93 and back, or up the other way to Waterville Valley.
