This home has an open floor plan where the dining and living area are. You will love all the vinyl plank flooring through out. The bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen has a granite counter tops with a bar area that can host several people, lovely gray cabinetry, a pantry, and a refrigerator that comes with the home. The living area overlooks the outside covered patio and fenced in yard. The spacious Owner's suite is on the backside of the home with large closets and an ensuite Bathroom that features a granite-topped double sink vanity, tile floors, a shower, glass doors and a linen closet. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer. The front room as you come inside the home could be used as a flex room. HOA covers the lawn maintenance and yearly mulch. Agent: Natalie Emory Schools: Berry Shoals Intermediate School, Florence Chapel Middle School, James Byrnes Freshman Academy Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law.
