***Looking for a roommate July 1st!! Private room, private bath in Anaheim. 2 miles from Disneyland (close enough to hear the fireworks). Laundry in unit. Gated parking garage. Pool. Fitness center on site. Starbucks, Vons, places to eat are a short walking distance. Please no kids, even if it's only a couple nights a week. Guests are allowed as long as they don't overstay and basically start living here without asking or helping with utilities. I would let you know if someone is coming over and I'd ask you to do the same courtesy! I'm really chill as long as you pay the rent and keep common areas tidy, although I'm not OCD about it. If you leave a dish in the sink for a day or so, it's not a big deal as long as it doesn't pile up. .~$1000 a month. Female preferred. But a cool guy could be considered. Must be able to provide proof of income to the leasing office. . If you work at Disney, Cast Members get 5% discount on rent. .
