CREDIT VERIFICATION • Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 600 or greater. • No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc. The Property Manager may approve a co-signer for a declined credit verification for an applicant with no credit but with good landlord references. If so, the co-signer would need to go through the same application process. If approved, the tenant may be required to pay by certified funds. PET SCREENING • We use a third-party pet/animal policy and screening service.
