Short distance from the Army/Air force base, major universities, shopping, dining, school, recreation including hiking and biking trails, golf course, a lake, and much more. All of this in a great neighborhood that is safe, quiet, very clean and requires no to minimum snow removal by the tenant. Beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains from the bedrooms. Fresh air and scent from the tree in front of the house during the best of the seasons. Location is easily accessible from major roadways and the Glenn highway. Easy access to Downtown Anchorage, Ted Stevens International and the general aviation airports. Shopping centers are within a mile. Almost 1500 sq-ft plus a two car heated garage with storage space. The driveway can accommodate two reasonable sized vehs. as well. The living room has a fireplace, a dining room that fits a decent size table and provides access to the balcony, and the kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and can easily accommodate a king/queen size bed, dresser, study table, etc. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the main bedroom has a large closet. The third room can be used as a bedroom or a home office. It can fit a bed as well. Additional closets are also available for storage. Also included are washer/dryer, a dish washer, and a large size microwave. Living room and the master bedroom have ceiling fans. Bathrooms have air circulation vents with timers. Two large bathrooms- one with a closet, both have bathtubs with showers, large mirrors and excellent lighting. A 6 to 18-month lease is offered. Advertised rent is for a 12- month lease. Small pets reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Available for move-in second week of August. Rental insurance is required and is great to have as it keeps you safe. Pets are screened. Available to show property on the weekends by request in advance.
