Grissett Landing is a small, beautiful community with something you don't find in every neighborhood: direct access to the Waccamaw River right from the community. Grab your kayak and head down the community's boardwalk to the river, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, or simply take in the scenery. There's also a picnic and firepit gathering area overlooking the water, creating a wonderful spot to unwind or spend time with neighbors and friends. ____________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT RENTAL INFO & REQUIREMENTS: SHOWINGS: Request a showing through our website.
