Five minutes walk to a private deserted beach on the glorious west coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The property consists of two self-contained houses rented as one and linked by a 360 veranda overlooking the many insteresting aspects of an extremely well-established garden consisting of over 100 palm trees, colourful shrub beds, pond, boardwalks and a river view complete with a private dock. There is also a meshed outdoor dining room set in the trees with a serene water view and an adjacent sun terrace and grill area. Sporting facilities include a practice basketball court and a pool games room. There is also ample under-house parking space. Sanibel Island is a nature sanctuary literally teeming with wildlife. Woodpeckers, pelicans, Ospreys, turtles, alligators, dolphins... I could go on. Execellent for boat hire and fishing. From a location point of view Tampa is just over a two hour easily accessible drive, for Orlando add another hour, Miami, two and a half, and the Keys around four to five.
