This charming residence is perched right on the water, offering sweeping views of the glistening, emerald waters throughout the day. With a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, the home is perfectly suited for up to 4 guests, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or a small group of friends. The open plan living area invites you to unwind, featuring a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space. The living area is graced with large windows that fill the space with an abundance of natural light while offering breathtaking water vistas. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee. If you're a boating enthusiast or an angler, our vacation home caters to your needs. With direct access to the water and your own boat lift, you're free to explore the surrounding waters at your leisure. From a leisurely day of boating to the adrenaline-filled experience of catching a prize fish. Each person 18 and older must complete their own individual application ($80 fee for each person) and complete a background/credit screening ($30 fee for each person). Security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Seasonal Rate = $3,000 per month, Off-Season Rate = $2,500 per month. Please note that the property has been rented for the months of Jan, Feb, Mar and April 2026.
