Welcome to this charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom single-story home for rent in Akron, OH. The house comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator in the kitchen, carpet throughout for added comfort, and a basement for extra storage space. With its convenient single-story layout, this home offers easy access to all living areas. Tenant pays all utilities. One time $100 lease processing fee. $40 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Deposit is the same as one month's rent. No pets please. ESA animals do not count as pets and are always welcome. Minimum 12 month lease. We do a background check for evictions and criminal history.
