The backyard & driveway is a shared common area with the upstairs unit. No Pets No Smoking/Vaping *This property has one meter for utilities for both the upstairs and downstairs unit. Utility costs will be split equally between both units depending on the occupancy. If one of the units are vacant (upstairs or downstairs) and you are occupying the remaining unit you will be required to pay the entire bill for the utilities. **The thermostat control is only accessible through the upstairs unit. Downstairs unit will not have the ability to access the thermostat and agrees not to request changes in thermostat setting to management or upstairs unit. Heating and cooling will still be included in rental unit however, in order to reach desired temperature, an external/portable device will need to be used.
