Comes with an adjacent private living room space for TV, office, gaming, whatever. HUGE space. Completely renovated in 2023 with 100% new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. All new bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances, too. Available July 1st but could be ready before then. We are flexible! Monthly rent includes utilities. Furniture is not included. Shared kitchen and laundry. The home has off-street parking and plenty of street parking for guests. We are single, working professionals with two sweet little doggos, and we're looking for a good roommate fit. Female preferred. Please apply if you are also single, respectful, tidy, and responsible. Small, well-behaved doggies are welcome as we have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door! I am asking all potentials to submit an application and pass a background check. No felonies or evictions.
