We have lived here for about six months and me and my partner had Jessica! She is absolutely amazing and gets you through the process quick! We are hoping to stay with this complex even after our lease is up! Maintenance is a bit slow but other that I strongly suggest our apartment complex to others! Mrs. Stephanie is also really awesome for the times I have interacted with her! She is one who gets it done if it needs to be done as I totally want to recognize her for that! The communication here is excellent and we feel like they care!

I came in today to look for a one bedroom and the floor plan wasn't available to see but they did have plenty of pictures to show me and it's exactly what I wanted.They made me feel as if I was a very important person and was willing to break down all fees, rules, and instructions to make this an easy move. Thank you Ashley, Sylvia, and Stephanie for your help and beautiful smiles. Can't wait to make Lake Colony my new home
