The 2nd full bathroom and laundry are situated in between these two bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find a bonus room with a professional ping pong table. Previous tenants who aren't ping pong fanatics have set up an office. Swing open the french doors and let the back patio vibes in, enjoy guests and space for entertaining. An additional Weber charcoal BBQ is available with Restoration Hardware patio furniture under the pergola, lounge chairs for sunning, an outdoor shower for cooling off, Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit and a planter boxes grows thyme, sage, rosemary, lavender or other seasonal herbs. You’re minutes from the most beautiful hiking trails in Southern California in the Los Padres National Forest, Ojai spas or water activities on Lake Casistas. Watkins Way is a private, beautifully kept residential street with well manicured yards. Mapping companies cannot take photos on this street, so no "google drive by” is available, but we're happy to host a walk thru before the tenants move out on February 28th.
