Step into this bright 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in Aurora, CO, featuring an open-concept layout, high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counters with seating and easy access to the fully fenced yard for added convenience. Upstairs features two bedrooms, a main bathroom, laundry room and a large primary with an en-suite bath and dual sinks. Central A/C and solar panels are and added bonus to help with comfort and efficiency. The home also backs to open space and is close to DIA, Amazon, highways (E470) and the community clubhouse. The newly built clubhouse includes a large pool, gym, seating area and a playground. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Cats and dogs are allowed. If approved there is a $250 refundable pet deposit per pet. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent, no smoking and no growing marijuana on premises, no exceptions. Tenant is responsible for gas/electric, cable, internet, phone, trash, and water/sewer. There is a seperate $79/mo fee for the solar panels. The solar panels help significantly lower the cost of the monthly Xcel bill. $40 application fee per adult over the age of 18 and named on lease.
